Karthik Subbaraj plans to distribute short films

Karthik Subbaraj after getting a successful outing with his latest film Jigarthanda working on a script for his next film. He has plans to commence a company to distribute short films which will generate some revenue for short-film makers and hence to encourage more quality short films to be produced.

The 'Pizza' director who has been called as 'Kutty Maniratnam' in the industry says the legendary director is his inspiration, however he feels little embarrassed with the title.
