Title change for Sivakarthikeyan's Taana

 Siva Karthikeyan is currently busy shooting for Taana directed by Ethir Neechal director Durai Senthil Kumar. Sridivya of VPVS fame plays the female lead. Sivakarthikeyan is playing a cop for the first time in Taana. Sridivya is essaying the role of a nurse.

The latest buzz is that the team is contemplating on changing the film's title from Taana. Kaakki Sattai is one of the titles being considered and nothing has been firmed up yet. The new title is expected to be announced after being finalised.

The film shooting is progressing at a brisk pace. Anirudh is scoring the music. Taana is produced by Dhanush's Wunderbar Films. The film is expected to be out by the end of September. Madhan of Escape Artists Motion Pictures has bagged the distribution rights of Taana.
