Coolie starring Rajinikanth in the lead is an upcoming action thriller that is set to hit theater screens worldwide on August 14, 2025. With a little more than just 3 weeks left for Coolie's release, an expected runtime of the movie has cropped up on an USA theater website where Coolie is listed to be showcased. 

Coolie is yet to be censored in India, but Cinemark's booking website suggests that the expected Coolie runtime is 3 hours and 3 minutes i.e. 183 minutes. Coolie USA bookings open tomorrow morning in 125+ Cinemark locations.

This isn't the first time an approximate Coolie runtime has made it to an overseas site. Previously the US based Fandango website had suggested Coolie's runtime to be 2 hours and 50 minutes i.e. 170 minutes. Only an official confirmation from the Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC) in India can reveal Coolie's final runtime. Coolie is expected to clear censor with an U/A. 

A Sun Pictures production, Coolie is written and directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj, and has been described by multiple overseas websites as a 'vengeance story'. The movie has Anirudh Ravichander for music, and is currently gearing up for a third single release titled Power House with a song launch event at 9:30 PM IST in Hyderabad.
