Madharasi First Single to Release Soon; Digital Rights Bagged by Amazon Prime

The much-awaited first single from Madharasi is set to release in about a week. Described as a high-energy kuthu number, the song will serve as the opening track of the film and promises to set the tone with its vibrant rhythm. The final mix and master of the track have been completed.

Madharasi marks the reunion of Sivakarthikeyan and Anirudh after two years, with music composed by Anirudh Ravichander. The film is written and directed by A.R. Murugadoss and produced by Sri Lakshmi Cinemas.

The song will be released on the Junglee Tamil YouTube channel. The film features a stellar cast including Sivakarthikeyan, Rukumani Vasanth, Biju Menon, Vidyut Jammwal, and Vikranth. Madharasi is an action-crime-drama in the style of Thuppakki, promising intense sequences and gripping storytelling.

Madharasi is scheduled to hit theaters on September 5, 2025. The digital streaming rights have been acquired by Amazon Prime Video.
