With less than 30 days left for the film's release, massive updates on Coolie starring Rajinikanth, Aamir Khan, Shruthi Haasan, Pooja Hegde, Nagarjuna, Soubin Shahir, Sathyaraj, Upendra, among others have dropped. Coolie's writer, director Lokesh Kanagaraj has verbally confirmed in an interview that the  Coolie trailer release date is August 2, 2025. 

Following the same, Sun Pictures production house, the banner behind the Rs. 350 Cr. movie, unveiled a 30-day countdown poster late last evening. Rajinikanth's 'Deva' character was featured bleeding from the head, in the midst of multiple flying axes in it. 

Additionally Lokesh Kanagaraj has confirmed that Coolie dubbing is now complete, but that post-production is still ongoing. "Just now we have completed the dubbing but the post production is going on. We are still depending on some VFX and SFX and obviously Anirudh (re-recording, background score, and music)", Lokesh Kanagaraj told 'THR India'. 

Coolie releases on August 14, 2025 in Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, and in Hindi as Coolie: The Powerhouse.
