Lokesh Kanagaraj directed Leo starring actor Vijay in the lead is an upcoming action thriller, that is currently being shot at Kashmir. Recently, Leo's cinematographer Manoj Paramahansa unveiled a behind-the-scenes (BTS) video, which confirmed that the elite IMAX-certified Red V-Raptor XL 8K camera is being used for Leo's filming. This post garnered a lot of attention because using IMAX-certified cameras for filming is still a rarity, much less in India.

It also confirms that Leo will have an Imax-format release, which is always a good news for fans who are looking forward to the theater experience. Leo, produced by 7 Screen Studios is touted to the third film in the 'Lokesh Cinematic Universe' aka the LCU,  and 'clues' are often picked up by eagle-eyed fans whether they were meant to be clues or not. The 'Red' (name of the camera manufacturers) from Manoj Paramahansa's video was taken as one such "clue" in jest, and linked to the 'Code Red' line from one of the LCU movies Vikram.
