Actor Ajith's Thunivu is a day away from hitting theater screens worldwide on January 11, 2023 [IST] and Lyca Productions, overseas distributor of the film has been giving promotional touches to the movie, leading up the film's release. After the mid-air show in Dubai, Lyca arranged for the Thunivu trailer to play on a mobile LED advertising van that was parked just below the Eiffel Tower at Paris.

Also in a first for an Indian film, let alone a Tamil movie, a promotional trailer for Thunivu was played at the Nasdaq marketsite in Times Square, New York at 9: 30 PM IST on January 9, 2023. The event could be live streamed on Nasdaq's official website.

The Thunivu mobile van was also spotted at Dallas, Texas in the US and prime UK locations like the Big Ben and Tower Bridge in London, England.

Written and directed by H. Vinoth, Thunivu follows a mysterious mastermind who plans bank heists with his team all through Chennai city. The U/A censored movie comes with a runtime of 145. 48 minutes and has Ghibran for music. Thunivu also stars Manju Warrier, Samuthirakani, John Kokken, Veera among others.
