Actor Ajith starrer bank heist entertainer Thunivu is all set to release in theaters for Pongal on January 12, 2023 and the movie is being presented overseas by Lyca Productions, producers of Ajith's next movie after Thunivu. Today, the banner updated via a mind-blowing promotional video that an update will be announced on December 31, 2022 i.e. coming Saturday. It is worth mentioning here that the first trailer video of Thunivu is also expected to release on that date. 

Actor Ajith is known for his penchant of the 'dare-devil' and true to his style, Lyca Productions announced this update with a sky-diving video from Dubai.  

Thunivu is directed by H. Vinoth and produced by Boney Kapoor's Bay View Projects and Zee Studios. The movie has Ghibran for music and also stars Manju Warrier, Bigg Boss Tamil 5 fame Amir, Pavani Reddy and Ciby Bhuvana Chandran as Ajith's team of criminals, Samuthirakani, Bagavathi Perumal as police officers, actor Bala Saravanan and 'Pattimandram' Mohana Sundaram as online reporters and Mahanadi Shankar among others.
