Raangi is an upcoming action thriller starring Trisha in the lead and the movie with story by AR Murugadoss, screenplay, direction by M. Saravanan of Engeyum Eppodhum (2011) fame, is all set to release in theaters on December 30, 2022. Trisha plays a reporter named Thaiyal Nayagi in this story and how she and her neice become bait in the hunt for a teen-terrorist from Libya forms the crux of the story.
