We has previously reported that Dhanush starrer Naane Varuvean which is an upcoming thriller directed by Selvaraghavan, will hit theater screens on September 29, 2022 (Thursday). This Naane Varuvean release date has now been officially confirmed with a new poster release.

A V Creations production, Naane Varuvean will see Dhanush in dual roles, one of which was described to be the villain by producer Thanu. Teaser of the film showcased that both characters of Dhanush play family-men, one of whom then turns into a killer on the loose. 

Naane Varuvean has Yuvan Shankar Raja for music and also stars Indhuja, Elli Avram, Selvaraghavan among others.
