Sources suggest that Riya Shibu, producer and Sarvam Maya actor, has joined the cast of Vijay Sethupathi's untitled film with director Kiruthiga Udhayanidhi, and if sources are to be believed, she will be paired opposite the actor in the film. The two are currently shooting in Puducherry, with Vijay Sethupathi expected to wrap his portions this week before moving on to Mani Ratnam's project next week.

Directed by Kiruthiga Udhayanidhi and produced by Rise East Entertainment and IVY Entertainment, the film is believed to be among the most expensive in Vijay Sethupathi's career. The technical team includes cinematographer Manoj Paramahamsa, composer OfRo and art director Selvakumar.
