Kangana Ranaut, AL Vijay to team up once again

 

AL Vijay's last outing in Tamil as director was Thalaivii in 2021, and the filmmaker will be teaming up with actor Arun Vijay next for a movie. At this time, MovieCrow learns that AL Vijay will be reuniting with his Thalaivii star Kangana Ranaut for his next directorial project, after the one with Arun Vijay. An official announcement on the same is yet to be made.


Kangana Ranaut's last outing Dhaakad (2022) bombed at the Hindi box-office. She is currently awaiting the release of her completed film Tejas which is about women in Indian air force and hits theater screens on October 5, 2022. The actress is also directing, producing and starring in a project titled Emergency, where she plays India's first female prime minister, the late Indira Gandhi.
