Suriya 47 Begins with Grand Pooja Ceremony in Chennai

The upcoming film "Suriya 47", directed by Jithu Madhavan, officially began with an auspicious pooja ceremony in Chennai on December 7, 2025. The event marked a fresh start for the project and brought together the film’s team, including Suriya, who plays a police officer, along with Nazriya Nazim, Naslen, Anandraj, and music director Sushin Shyam. Several celebrities, including Jyotika (producer), Karthi, and the producers of 2D Entertainment and Dream Warrior Pictures, were also present. The film is produced by Zhagaram Studios, with Jyotika serving as the producer.
