Sivakarthikeyan & Venkat Prabhu Complete VFX Work for SK26 in Los Angeles

Sivakarthikeyan (SK) and director Venkat Prabhu (VP) have finished their VFX work at Lola VFX in Los Angeles for their upcoming film SK26. They will be leaving the USA soon. The team worked with the famous Hollywood studio to create advanced visual effects, including digital scanning and look transformation for Sivakarthikeyan. These technologies will show him in different avatars and ages across multiple time periods.

Their stay in the US focused on technical pre-production and high-end VFX tests, marking a major step for Tamil cinema by using Hollywood-level technology.

The film SK26 is being made with pioneering digital technology and explores science fiction and time travel themes. Lola VFX, known for top Hollywood films, is helping create Sivakarthikeyan’s transformed looks and rich visual scenes. The team is expected to return to Chennai by mid-December.
