Actor Vikram is currently gearing up for the release of a Tamil thriller titled Cobra which is written and directed by Ajay Gnanamuthu. In a recent social media interaction with the fans, team Cobra confirmed that the film's trailer will be unveiled a week before its release i.e. before August 31, 2022. Buzz also has it that the makers will be announcing the official trailer release date soon.

Produced by 7 Screen Studio, Cobra also stars KGF actress Srinidhi Shetty, former cricketer Irfan Pathan, actress Miya George among others. The film has AR Rahman for music, Harish Kannan for cinematography and Bhuvan Srinivasan for edits.

[Update: August 21, 2022] The official release date of Cobra trailer has been announced as August 25, 2022. The video will be unveiled on 7 Screen Studio's YouTube channel.
