With a staggering 2 millions views and counting, the lyric video of Valimai second single Mother Song is a new release, which has gone on to impress music listeners. The song composed by Yuvan Shankar Raja, penned by Vignesh Shivan and crooned by Sid Sriram, dropped in full at 6: 30 PM Sunday and has since been well received.

Valimai starring Ajith in the lead is scheduled to release in January, 2022 for Pongal in theaters. Sony Music South holds the audio rights to the movie produced by Boney Kapoor and Zee Studios.

Directed by H. Vinoth, Valimai is touted to be an action thriller and also stars Huma S Qureshi, Karthikeya, Bani, Sumithra, Achyunth Kumar, Yogi Babu, Raj Ayyappa, Pugazh  among others.
