The first look of Vignesh Shivan directed Kaathu Vaakula Rendu Kaadhal (KVRK) was unveiled by Seven Screen Studio today and the poster featured lead actor Vijay Sethupathi as RAMBO aka Ranjankudi Anbarasu Murugesa Boopathy Ohoondhiran.

The poster also debunked talks of film's direct OTT release plans and confirmed that the movie will be coming out in theaters this December, 2021. MovieCrow learns that KVRK plans to release on December 24, 2021 for Christmas and an official announcement on the same is yet to be made. 

Also starring Nayanthara and Samantha, KVRK is touted to be a triangular love story with Anirudh for music. The movie is produced jointly by Vignesh Shivan's home banner, Rowdy Pictures and Lalit Kumar's 7 Screen Studios. The film's technical crew also includes Vijay Kartik Kannan for cinematography and Sreekar Prasad for edits.
