Recently Kavin, Amritha starrer Lift stuck between war of producers. As producer Ravichandran of Libra Productions (presenter) and Ekaa Entertainment, claims over the film's rights. Now the issue is said to be sorted out and Libra Productions had given back the rights to Ekaa Entertainment. 

With which the original producer has now made a deal to release the film directly on OTT. According to sources the film will be releasing on Disney +Hotstar platform. Release date is expected to be out soon.
