Kamal Haasan has been shooting with director Lokesh Kanagaraj for their upcoming movie Vikram at Karaikudi. And latest we hear the movie's digital and satellite rights are most likely to be bagged by the Star group of companies. Talks have been initiated for Vikram's OTT premiere with Disney Plus Hotstar and TV premiere on Vijay TV. Both of these are presumed to be post the theatrical release of the movie.

Vikram stars other heavy-weight names like Vijay Sethupathi and Fahad Faasil and they play villain and politician in the film. Recently it was also revealed that Vijay Sethupathi is paired opposite three female characters, portrayed by Shivani Narayanan, Myna and Maheshwari all of whom play grey roles too.

Kamal Haasan plays a retired cop in the movie while Kalidas Jayaraj plays his son. Actor Narain too plays an important role in Vikram which is touted to be a crime drama, moving mostly inside a restaurant. The film has Anirudh for music.
