We had previously reported that Ajith's upcoming movie Valimai which is directed by H. Vinoth and produced by Boney Kapoor is planning to release on November 4, 2021 for Diwali. Now we hear the movie is all set to wrap shooting in Russia by August 23, 2021. 

Valimai also stars Huma Qureshi, Karthikeya, Yogi Babu among others and has Yuvan Shankar Raja for music. The film is co-produced by Zee Studios and is touted to be a cop-based action-entertainer.
