Sun Pcitures have now officially announced that their upcoming movie Annaatthe which stars Rajinikanth in the lead will release in theaters on November 4, 2021. The film was announced as a Diwali release earlier this year and the makers are sticking to the big screens despite the pandemic.

Annaatthe also stars Keerthy Suresh Nayanthara, Meena and Khushbu in pivotal roles and has D. Imman for music. The film will be Rajinikanth's Diwali treat for fans 26 years after his 1995 release Muthu.
