We have earlier reported that director Shankar will make Bollywood re-entry with Anniyan remake, having Ranveer Singh as the male lead role. Today on the occasion of Tamil New Year, Director Shankar has confirmed through media that his next film in Bollywood will be the adaption of Anniyan, the Tamil super hit film. Ranveer Singh has been roped into play the male lead role. 

The movie will be produced by Pen Movies along with God Bless Entertainment.
