In a record high bid for Amazon Prime Video, the OTT platform has offered Yash's upcoming multilingual movie KGF: Chapter 2, a price higher than two of their costliest bids till date - Soorarai Pottru and Jagame Thandhiram.

Soorarai Pottru was directly released on Amazon Prime Video for Rs. 40 Crores while Jagame Thandhiram went to Netflix for a whopping Rs. 55 Cr.

KGF: Chapter 2, the sequel to the Kannada super-hit KGF starring Yash and is due to release in 5 languages - Kannada, Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, and Malayalam; It will be available to stream with subtitles in over 10+ regional Indian languages.

Dream Warrior Pictures is presenting the film's Tamil theatrical release and the movie will be available on OTT to stream 30-40 days after July 16, 2021. KGF 2 is an action-drama directed by Prashanth Neel and also stars Srinidhi Shetty, Sanjay Dutt and Raveena Randon among others.
