With elections around the corner, many Tamil movies have been subject to release postponement rumours - three prominent ones being Sivakarthikeyan starrer Doctor, Dhanush starrer Karnan and Karthi starrer Sulthan.

The makers of these movie have continuously made subtle statements about no change in release dates, but speculations continue to haunt them.

Even after Doctor makers recently reiterated a March 26 release date, there is still a buzz that the movie might get postponed. Whether or not this is true is something only time can tell.
