The title of Simbu, Gautham Karthik's upcoming movie together was revealed on Thursday and the movie which is the remake of Kannada hit Mufti has been named Pathu Thala. Sillunu Oru Kaadhal director Krishna is directing the movie, which is a Studio Green production.

Pathu Thala, apparently references the Hindu mythology character Ravana and is said to be a symbolization of Simbu’s character in the movie. It is also being said that the screenplay has been adapted according to Tamil audience's taste and there will be changes in this Mufti remake.
