Director Selvaraghavan will be teaming up with Dhanush for his next film and there are already talks that this movie could be a sequel to their hit 2006 hit Pudhupettai. Interestingly, Pudhupettai composer Yuvan Shankar Raja has now come on-board the new project, marking his 8th collaboration with the director.

The Dhanush-Selva-Yuvan combo are coming together after Thulluvadho Ilamai, Kaadhal Kondaen, Pudupettai and the unreleased Nenjam Marapadhillai (Dhanush sang a song in the last film) and their team-up will be backed by Kalaipuli S Thanu's V Creations.
