The posthumous release of Sushant Singh Rajput's Dil Bechara trailer was showered with immense love from his fans and Indian movie audience, so much so that the video went on to beat a record held by Hollywood blockbuster Avengers: End Game on YouTube.

The trailer of Dil Bechara which was dropped at 4:00 PM on July 6, 2020 went on to amass 4.8 million likes in less than 24 hours and beating the likes on the trailers of Avengers: End Game which were released in December, 2018 (3.2 million likes) and March, 2020 (2.9 million likes).

Noting this feat, Dil Bechara's music composer A.R. Rahman took to twitter to call it the 'rain of love for Sushant'. The Academy award winning musician wrote,
