Rajinikanth starrer Annaatthe directed by Siva is one of the most-awaited films in Kollywood this year. Bankrolled by Sun Pictures, the rural entertainer boasts of an ensemble cast which includes Nayanthara, Meena, Khusboo Sundar, Keerthy Suresh, Sathish, Soori and Prakash Raj. Imman is scoring the music for the film.

Speculations are rife that the film is set to hit the screens on October 22 for pooja holidays. However an official confirmation is awaited from the makers.
