Mysskin directed Psycho which stars Udhayanidhi Stalin in the lead was previously scheduled for a December 27 release; however the film has now been postponed to January, 2020 and a new poster confirms the release date to be January 24, 2020. 

It is worth mentioning here that Psycho will be taking on Jeeva's Gypsy and Vaibhav's Taana at the box-office which are also scheduled to release the same day. Also starring Nithya Menen, Aditi Rao Hydari, Singampuli and Ram among others, Pyscho is produced by Double Meaning Production and has Ilayaraja for music.
