XB Film Creators, which is the banner producing actor Vijay's next project Thalapathy 64 (tentative title) announced earlier today that updates about their project will be announced at 5 PM everyday for the next three days.

And today they have made it official that actor Vijay Sethupathi is indeed on board for their project as reported earlier. Whether or not he plays villain is something that remains to be seen.

Thalapathy 64 plans to begin shooting from next month and actress Malavika Mohanan is also said to be a part of this movie. A Lokesh Kangaraj directorial, the film is touted to be a mass commercial entertainer and has Anirudh for music, Sathyan Sooriyan for cinematography and Philomin Raj for the edits.
