Pandiraj directed upcoming rural entertainer Namma Veettu Pillai which stars Sivakarthikeyan, Anu Emmanuel and Aishwarya Rajesh in the lead is gearing up for a release on September 27, 2019 and at this time, it has been revealed that the movie has cleared its censor formalities. Namma Veettu Pilai has been certified a clean U by the CBFC, green-lighting its movie screen premiere next Friday. 

A Sun Pictures production, Namma Veettu Pillai is Sivakarthikeyan's third collaboration with Pandiraj after Marina and Kedi Billa Killadi Ranga and has music by Imman.
