The critically acclaimed super hit Malayalam movie ‘Kumbalangi Nights’ has become the most high-on-demand remake in Kollywood now. The film produced by Fahadh Faasil and his friends took a decent opening in Tamil Nadu and sooner become the cynosure of leading filmmakers, producers and artistes.

Our industry sources confirm that Karthik Subbaraj’s Stone Bench Productions had approached for the Tamil remake rights and was surprised to hear that already 3 leading production houses in Tamil industry have accepted to offer a fancy price.

Now, it’s really a big question on who would be clasping this deal. Apart from a decent theatrical, Kumbalangi Nights featuring FahadhFaasil, Shane Nigam, Soubin Shabir, Sreenath Bhasi, Mathew Thomas and Anna Ben in lead roles has been garnering groovy response over its digital release on Amazon Prime as well.
