Shahrukh Khan to play villain in Thalapathy 63?

 

Roughly a month ago, speculations were high that Bollywood actor Shahrukh Khan will be seen in a cameo in Atlee directed Thalapathy 63, owing to the film's team following the Bollywood superstar on twitter. Later the spotting of the actor-director duo at Chennai earlier this month added fuel to this fire was, suggesting further that SRK will be working on the remake of Mersal as well, with Atlee.

Now, media is buzzing with the news of Khan appearing in a villain role in Thalapathy 63, during his 15 minute extended cameo in the film. Though there is no confirmation to it, it is also being said that SRK's role will appear towards the end of the Vijay starrer, which is touted to be a football based sports entertainer.
 
Thalapathy 63, which is a production venture of AGS Entertainment has recently been in the news for all the wrong reasons facing allegations of a supporting artiste being mistreated and story plagiarism. There were also talks about the film's shooting facing issues; however the movie seems to be progressing well aiming for its Diwali release as planned.
