Pon Manickavel starring Prabhu Deva wraps shooting

 

A.C. Mugil directed Pon Manickavel which is actor Prabhu Deva's first film as a police officer has wrapped its shooting portions and the same was updated by producers of the film, Jhabak Movies.

The movie which is touted to be an action entertainer is based on the real life of Inspector General Pon Manickavel, who made headlines with his raids during his tenure as the chief of the Idol wing in Tamil Nadu.

Also starring Nivetha Pethuraj, Suresh Menon and J. Mahendran among others, the film has Imman for music and is expected to hit theater screens soon.
