Petta Trailer Release Date Announced, Film to be dubbed in Kannada?

 

Director Karthik Subbaraj took to twitter to officially announce that the trailer of Rajinikanth's upcoming film Petta, will be unveiled on December 28, 2018 (Friday). Sharing a poster, the director wrote:

The film is also in the news for being dubbed in Kannada (a language which has not seen dubbed films for decades now) in addition to Telugu and Hindi and if materialized will be the second Tamil film after Ajith's Vivegam, to see a Sandalwood release in 55 plus years. 

Petta is Rajinikanth's 165th film and has Anirudh Ravichander for music. The movie which is produced by Sun Pictures is gearing up for a release this Pongal, 2019.
