Thala 59: Rangaraj Pandey to oppose Ajith in Pink Remake!

 

The pictures from the pooja ceremony of Ajith's next after Viswasam (Thala 59) established that Television and media personality Rangaraj Pandey is a part of the film as well, for he too was seen attending the ceremony. Now, it has been revealed that Pandey will be seen playing the role of Piyush Mishra from Pink (a remake of which is Thala 59), the ruthless prosecution lawyer who defends three young men charged of kidnapping and molesting a young woman in a moving vehicle.
 
Since Pink was mostly about the chilling courtroom arguments surrounding this case, it would be interesting to see Pandey and Ajith on opposite sides in the film.

While director Aadhik Ravichandran will be seen playing one of the three boys, Nazriya and Kalyani Priyan are said to be in talks for the roles of the three girls in the movie, though nothing has been confirmed as yet. Thala 59 is directed by H. Vinoth and produced by Boney Kapoor in association with Zee Productions.
