Simbu and Akon team up for Love Anthem

International singer Akon is in Chennai to record the International version of Simbu’s ‘Love Anthem” for world peace, which was originally released in 2011. Akon landed in Chennai on Saturday night and had also recorded his voice for Love Anthem. Simbu had tweeted on Saturday, “Yes! Love Anthem final international version is getting ready! On the way to the studio. Recording the vocal tonite. Excited and nervous as well”

Akon will also be featuring in the music video of Love Anthem. Simbu has now tweeted, “So finally "Love anthem" music video shooting starts”. Simbu has said that the new version would be different from the last version of the song. The new version would be more about oneness and the need to spread love. The song has words in about 96 languages and is about unity.
