The advertisement and the first poster in which actor Vishal appears with beer bottle should be immediately withdrawn. What is the message that actor Vishal is trying to send his fans through this advertisement? I expect social responsibility from Nadigar Sangam (SIAA)'s general secretary!

‘அயோக்யா’ திரைப்படவிளம்பரத்தில் கதாநாயகர் விஷால் பீர் புட்டியுடன் தோன்றுகிறார். நடிகர் சங்க பொதுச்செயலர் என்ற முறையில் புகைக்கும் காட்சிகளில் நடிகர்கள் நடிப்பதை தடை செய்ய வேண்டும் என கடிதம் எழுதினேன். இப்போது புகையை தாண்டி பீர் பாட்டிலுடன் நடிக்கிறார். என்னவொரு சமூகப் பொறுப்பு!

In the advertisement of his film Ayogya, actor Vishal appears with a beer bottle in his hand. Since he is the general secretary of Nadigar Sangam (South Indian Film Artistes' Association), I myself have written a letter asking him to ban actors from featuring in smoking scenes. Now surpassing smoking, he has acted with a beer bottle. What a social responsibility!

Ayogya is the second Tamil film this year to come under the scanner of PMK. Earlier, Dr. S. Ramadoss' son and PMK leader Anbumani Ramadoss, who has been a flag-bearer of anti-smoking demanded the removal of Sarkar first look poster which  featured Vijay smoking in it.

The poster was later removed from all social media platforms and off it as well.
