The makers of Chekka Chivantha Vaanam (CCV) have released a sneak peek from the film featuring Vijay Sethupathi who essays the role of cop 'Rasool'. The multi-starrer film directed by Mani Ratnam is gearing up for a release on September 27, 2018. It will release in Telugu as Nawab.

The movie touted to be socio-political drama starrs Simbu, Vijay Sethupathi, Aravind Swami and Arun Vijay in pivotal roles. The female star cast includes Jyothika, Aishwarya Rajesh, Aditi Rao Hydari and Dayana Erappa among others. Music by A.R. Rahman. The film is produced by Madras Talkies and will be presented by Lyca Productions.
