Mani Ratnam's upcoming multi-starrer film Chekka Chivantha Vaanam(CCV) which is gearing up for a release on September 28, 2018, will have its audio release on September 5, 2018, revealed Vairamuthu in an interview to a leading daily. The famed lyricist has also said that there will be 7 songs in the movie, 5 of which are listed as follows:

•  Mazhai Kuruvi
•  Bhoomi Bhoomi 
• Suthum Satham 
• Sevandhu Pochu Nenju 
• Kalla Kalavani  

The lyricist has further revealed that the remaining two songs for this A.R. Rahman muical are from Vairamuthu's book Peiyanna Peiyum Mazhai.
