Only recently, there were reports about NGK's shooting halting temporarily owing to the unforeseen health circumstance director Selvaraghavan had to endure. However, post Selvaraghavan's clarification that there was nothing to be concerning behind this health-scare and what he underwent was a minor procedure, more good news has now followed. Apparently, NGK's shooting has been resumed and both Suriya and Selvaraghavan are back on track, working towards releasing the film by Christmas weekend.
Nanda Gopala Kumara is produced by SR Prabhu of Dream Warrior Pictures and also starrs Rakul Preet Singh among others. The film has so far completed 60 percent of shooting and has Yuvan Shankar Raja for music.
