Is Rajinikanth teaming up with K.S. Ravikumar or A.R. Murugadoss?

 

For some days now, buzz of Rajinikanth's next film has been doing the rounds, despite wide-spread talks that Rajini will be wrapping up his film career with Karthik Subbaraj's upcoming film and the release of the Shankar directed 2.0. We we reported earlier that A.R. Murugadoss is in talks to do a film with the Superstar, latest we hear is that director K.S. Ravikumar too has been thrown into the ring for directing Rajini next. 

Reports suggest that A.R. Murugadoss has narrated a political action thriller script to Rajini while K.S. Ravikumar has come up with a script for Padaiyappa 2 [There are no official confirmations to this]. And if materialized, it would be long-delayed first for Murugadoss with Rajini while it would be the fourth time for K.S. Ravikumar after Lingaa(2014), Padaiyappa(1999) and Muthu (1995).
