The makers of Dulqer Salmaan's upcoming film Kannum Kannum Kollai Adithaal have revealed that Masala Coffee will be scoring the music for the film. Masala Coffee is a music band from Kerala. Masala Coffee debuted into film music direction in 2016 with the title track in a promo video for the Malayalam movie, Hello Namasthe. Their first major composing was for Uriyadi, a Tamil movie directed by Vijay Kumar consisting of three songs. Masala Coffee are one of the composers for the movie Solo directed by Bejoy Nambiar.

The film which is Dulquer's 25th has Ritu Varma playing female lead. Titled after a famous Mani Ratnam-AR Rahman song, Kannum Kannum Kollai Adithaal is said to be romantic musical entertainer and is directed by Desingh Periasamy. The film is produced by Anto Joseph.
