Dhanush's Om is heading to Malaysia for its final schedule. The update came via Dhanush's manager Sreyas, who shared an Instagram story featuring the Kuala Lumpur Twin Towers captioned "#Om final schedule," along with the film's introductory song from the title glimpse. The duration of the schedule has not been disclosed.

Directed by Rajkumar Periasamy, Om is the 55th film in Dhanush's career and stars Mammootty, Sai Pallavi, Sreeleela, Naseeruddin Shah and Indrans alongside the lead actor. The film is produced by Dhanush under Wunderbar Films and Shraddha Agrawal of R Take Studios, with music by Sai Abhyankkar. Om is set for an October 16 theatrical release, putting it in direct competition with Rajinikanth's Jailer 2, scheduled for October 15 — both targeting the Navaratri pooja holidays.
