Gangs of Madras: Shooting begins for C.V. Kumar's second directorial

CV Kumar of Thirukumaran Entertainment who has produced films like Pizza, Soodhu Kavvum, Enakkul Oruvan, Irudhi Suttru to name a few, announced  his second directorial venture titled Gangs of Madras, a few days ago. Now, Kumar, who made his debut into direction with Maayavan has begun the shooting process for this project which stars Daniel Balaji, Kalaiyarasan and Bhagavathi Perumal among others. 


 


The movie is said to be based on a female gangster of Chennai, though there have been no official confirmations regarding the same. Gangs of Madras is written by CV Kumar, with Karthik Kumar for cinematography, Hari Dafusia for music and Rad Krish for the edits.
