96 - the movie starring Vijay Sethupathi and Trisha Krishnan wrapped shooting long and has been in post-production phase ever since. Now, it is being said that save a few portions that remain to be dubbed by Vijay Sethupathy, the post production is complete. Singer Chinmayi has dubbed for Trisha and the film will soon be sent for censor. 

96 follows Vijay Sethupathi’s character who is a photographer, with the title referring to the batch he belongs to. The film is directed by debutant Prem Kumar who was earlier a cinematographer (Naduvula Konjam Pakkatha Kanom) and has master Aadhi (son of actor M.S. Bhaskar) playing the younger version of the hero. 96 has music by Govind Vasantha, cinematography by Mahendiran Jayaraju and N. Shanmuga Sundaram and edits by R. Govindaraj. The film is produced by S. Nathanagopal of Madras Enterprises.
