The shooting of Rajinikanth's upcoming which is directed by Karthik Subbaraj is currently underway at Darjeeling and the team will also be seen shooting at Uttarakhand's capital city, Dehradun. The selection of these locations may have something to do with Rajinikanth's role in the film, which sources tell us will be of an army-return man who has turned to teaching. Apprarently Rajinikanth will be seen in the role of a professor in this yet untitled film, which is rather intriguing.

So far we know that the team began their schedule with a song shoot under choreographer Sheriff's direction. We also know that actors Vijay Sethupathi, Megha Akash, Bobby Simha, Simran, Sanath Reddy and Munish Kanth play imporant roles in this production venture of Sun Pictures, which has Anirudh Ravichander for music and Tirru for cinematography.
