Kaala: 12000 piracy links removed by TFPC's Anti piracy cell

Superstar Rajinikanth's Kaala hit the screens worldwide on June 7. The film has been doing good business and marching towards Rs. 150 crore mark at the Box Office. Several pirated links of Kaala have been reported ever since the release of the film. Tamil film producer Council's Antipiracy Cell has removed more than 12000 pirated links from various sources till now. They have also suspended Facebook Accounts and blocked many Youtube channels in this regard. The official Twitter handle of TFPC's Anti-piracy cell has shared the information of the piracy seizure action undertaken by them for Kaala. 

 

 

TFPC with the help of its counterpart in AP and other groups like Copyright media, Block x, IT digital solutions Hyderabad and Royal spiders has taken down websites streaming Kaala online. The anti piracy cell of the TFPC has been keeping a constant vigil against piracy. Around 4000 links were removed on the day of the film's release.

 

 

A man was also arrested after he had streamed 40 minutes of Kaala on Facebook from SingaporeVishal and his team swung into action immediately.  “We got the man arrested in Singapore after he had streamed 40 minutes of Kaala on Facebook. The important thing was to take action without delay. That we managed to do,” said Vishal.

 

The production house Wunderbar Films has also made an appeal to report Kaala related piracy links to fight piracy.
