Ajith's Viswasam went on floors earlier this month in Hyderabad at Ramojirao Film City. A grand village set has been constructed for the shoot in Hyderabad. The first schedule was wrapped recently. According to sources, the second schedule of the film has begun in Mumbai. Ajith had left to Mumbai, a couple of days back for Viswasam shoot. 

The story of the film is set in the backdrop of North Chennai with Ajith playing the role of a police officer. Viswasam is directed by Siva with whom Thala Ajith had earlier teamed up for Veeram, Vedhalam and Vivegam. The star cast for the film includes Ajith, Nayanthara, Ramesh Thilak, Robo Shankar,Thambi Ramaiah and Yogi Babu. D Imman scores the music for the film bankrolled by Sathyajyothi Films.
