After actor Madhavan confirmed that his most talked about film of last year, Vikram Vedha is definitely being remade in 2018, it has now been officially announced that the film is being remade in Hindi. Original directors Pushkar and Gayatri will be helming the Hindi version as well with original producers Y Not Studios collaborating with Neeraj Pandey's Plan C Studios and Reliance Entertainment for bankrolling the Hindi version.
An official announcement on the cast and crew is expected to be made soon. It is worth mentioning here that when Madhavan was questioned about the same a while ago, he remained diplomatic saying, “Someone with a lot of market value will be cast in the film."
Vikram Vedha was one of 2017's most successful Tamil films. A neo-noir crime thriller, the story follows an honest and tough police officer who sets out track down an equally tough gangster, only to find out that there is always more than what meets the eye.
